The Indian cricket team has had an intense schedule since hitting the Caribbean island of St Kitts for the upcoming four-Test series against the West Indies.

Skipper Virat Kohli and his men got into the groove with their first warm-up match against the West Indies Cricket Board President's XI, which ended in a draw on Sunday.

The squad, under newly-appointed coach Anil Kumble, continues with rigorous training in the gym and on the field. It also had an outdoor yoga session.

But 'All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy', so Kumble took his players for a bonding session around St Kitts.

Tuesday was day-off and they sailed across the ocean off the island.
