England pacer Stuart Broad masterminded Australia's collapse during the Ashes series.
But the fast-medium bowler was in an unfamiliar territory when he picked up another pair of whites and cooked up a treat alongside fellow-cricketers at the historic Lord's cricket ground - in the name of charity.
Broad was competing in the 'Chance to Dine ' event alongside Steven Finn, who played a starring role in England's win over Australia, Matt Prior and Simon Hughes.
He and Finn showed off their abilities in the kitchen.
Matt Prior prepared Chicken Liver Parfait, Simon Hughes stirred up Irish Salmon and Finn showed his culinary skills with Strawberry Pavlova.
Keen to show off his skills in the kitchen, Broad produced the 'wow' factor by serving guests a Beef Wellington.
Finn rounded off the four-course meal with some ingredients ending up on Broad's face.
It was Broad who would have the bragging votes as his dish was voted the best by the diners in the Long Room
