Chairman of the senior selection committee Krishnamachari Srikkanth expressed disappointment on Sachin Tendulkar missing out on his 100th international century, saying every Indian would be feeling bad about it.
"Definitely, yes! Who would not be?" the former India captain said, when asked whether he was disappointed to see Tendulkar miss his 100th century.
"Every Indian, every cricketer would be disappointed. To make 100 international centuries is a great achievement. He played good shots and had good timing today, unfortunately he got out. Let us not talk about it," Srikkanth added.

The batting maestro was unbeaten on 67 when play commenced on the fourth day of the third and final Test against the West Indies and was looking in supreme touch as he raced along to completing a 100 international tons in his incandescent career.
But Tendulkar got dismissed six short of his milestone.
Tendulkar's young teammate Virat Kohli, meanwhile, felt that the senior pro has been needlessly pressurised by the media to reach the milestone.
"A lot of people have put unnecessary pressure on him. I don't know why. He has achieved so much and people are making such a fuss about it," he said.
Kohli, however, added that the Tendulkar was pretty relaxed later in the dressing room.
"I was still batting when he came back so I don't know instantly what happened. He was pretty relaxed afterwards. It has happened to him a lot of times.
"Obviously, he will be disappointed on missing out on a ton but he has been around long enough not to get bothered by it. He was pretty relaxed in the dressing room," he insisted.
