Ashwin, who bagged the man-of-the-series for his 31 wickets and important contributions with the bat, said he would personally like to go out and help those people suffering in Chennai.
"Happiness got the better of me. I would like to dedicate my Man-of-the-Series to the people suffering from the Chennai floods," Ashwin wrote on his Twitter handle.
"I would also like to add that I am not going to do anything joining hands with anyone, I would go down personally and do what I like," he further added.
