International Cricket Council president Sharad Pawar has said a resumption of cricket ties between India and Pakistan is on hold for now.
"Immediate ties between both countries is not possible. It is not in the hands of the cricket boards. It is a diplomatic issue. This is a decision taken by the Indian government," Pawar said Thursday.
Pawar also said that the holding of day-night Tests is still in the debating stage, and experts opinion would be taken into consideration before activating such a format.
He also said that as of now, there were no plans to shift the ICC headquarters from Dubai to London.
