Mumbai's 40 Ranji Trophy triumphs

Mumbai won the Ranji Trophy for the 40th time on Monday after beating Saurashtra by an innings and 125 runs on Day 3 of the five-day final at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai on Monday.

This 40th national title came in 44 appearances in the final after two blank seasons.
