Prime Minister Narendra Modi has not been shy about meeting sports personalities since his government came into power in May this year.
So it was no different when India's Blind World Cup-winning cricketers called upon the PM on Wednesday.
The PM spent time in the company of the talented Indian team who beat Pakistan to clinch the title in Cape Town on Sunday.
It was a moment to cherish as the cricketers were individually greeted by Mr Modi, who told the players that they were an inspiration to many Indians who are physically challenged in one way or another.
The Prime Minister was also gifted a ball that was signed by every member of the Indian Blind cricket team. The PM will be donating the ball to a museum at a cricket club.
The PM later posed for photographs with the team.
