Team India captain Virat Kohli’s wife Anushka Sharma is fast becoming a regular at Indian Premier League matches.
On Wednesday, the Bollywood diva stood out in the crowd at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, in Bengaluru, as Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings battled it out in the middle.
The Pari actress's vibrancy, though, could not make a difference in the fortunes of her husband's team, as Mahendra Singh Dhoni blazed his way to a 34-ball 70 to power the Super Kings to a thrilling five-wicket victory over the Royal Challengers.
Anushka, who is shooting for her next film, Sui Dhaga, was also spotted at the stadium for RCB's first home game of the season, against Kings XI Punjab, which they won by four wickets.
Indeed, Royal Challengers needs some 'Lady luck'! They had CSK reeling -- four wickets down in nine overs with just 74 on the board -- and looked good for an easy victory before Dhoni and Ambati Rayudu changed the script.
