Pakistan said it would follow Indian Cricket Board's advice on Ahmedabad, a venue that it had earlier rejected on security ground, on Sunday.

Ahmedabad was on Sunday named to host the fourth one-day international of the six-match series on April 12 following Pakistan's nod to play an additional one-dayer there.

"I have already discussed the team's stay in Ahmedabad with BCCI secretary S K Nair. I am sure it is not going to be a problem. Frankly speaking, we will follow the advice of BCCI on Ahmedabad," PCB's senior General Manager (cricket operations) Zakir Khan told PTI from Lahore.

Khan said Pakistan had been told by BCCI that the visitors would have a short stay at the venue.

"We have been informed by the BCCI that the visit to Ahmedabad will be short. Let's see how they adjust the visit in the tour plan. I think we would be in a better position to comment (on stay in Ahmedabad) when we receive the cricket team's tour plan from BCCI."

He said Pakistan's travel plan and the MoU between the two Boards would be discussed and finalised in the coming week.

"We agreed on the revised itinerary on Sunday. Now on Tuesday, we are expecting Pakistan cricket team's travel plan and the MoU (Memorandum of understanding) from BCCI which we will finalise very soon."

Pakistan, according to the revised schedule will arrive in India on February 28 while the first Test will begin at Mohali from March 8. The six-match one-day international series will begin on April 2.

Khan said the travel plan would include team's logistical, air and ground traveling details.
