Royal Challengers Bangalore pace spearhead Zaheer Khan, who is set to play in the IPL after recovering from an injury, trained at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore under the watchful eyes of coach Ray Jennings.
"Zaheer looked good as he was getting the ball to swing both ways as he normally does and it was good bowling in tandem with him at the nets. I learnt a lot by just seeing him bowl from close quarters," Unadkat said after the training session.
Unadkat said he has been working on the basics of remaining fit throughout the season so as to improve his pace.
"I am hitting 135 km/h mark at present," he said.
Unadkat said he has been working on variations for the IPL.
"We have been working on pace and slower ones (to put them in use),
"I have been working quite a bit on it during off-season as well. I am really looking in good rhythm for now," the left-arm fast bowler added.
