Colin Ingram was beautifully set up by England's pace ace, who started with a few outswingers before getting one to come in and the South African was caught plumb in front of the stumps.

Steve Finn made it worse for the visitors in the next over. South Africa’s batting mainstay Hashim Amla was caught behind for one and both the openers were back in the hut by the second over of the match.

As has been witnessed in the tournament, the teams who have gotten good starts have run away with good scores -- England and India being the best examples.
