An FIR has been lodged against Sakshi Dhoni, wife of India’s limited overs cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, and three others under Section 420 of the IPC.

If various reports are to be believed, Rhiti MSD Almode Pvt. Ltd., a firm directed by Sakshi Dhoni and Arun Pandey, Shubhawati Pandey and Pratima Pandey, has shares in in a gym and fitness centre called Sportsfit World Private Limited.

The complaint has been filed by one Dennis Arora of Gurgaon, whose father Vikas had a 39 percent stake in the gym.

Dennis alleged that while the agreement was for approximately Rs 11 crore, the directors of Rhiti MSD Almode Private Limited have paid only Rs 2.25 crore so far, and missed the 31 March deadline for clearing the dues.

A complaint has been filed against Sakshi and her co-directors at the Sushant Lok police station in Gurugram.

Sakshi has so far not reacted to the allegations. Police are investigating the matter and at the moment there is no confirmation of Sakshi’s involvement in the case.
