The Indian squad for next month's two-Test series against South Africa will be picked in Mumbai on January 28, the Cricket Board announced on Monday.
The selectors will pick the squad for both the Tests as well as the Board President's team for the two-day warm-up game against the visitors, BCCI Secretary N Srinivasan said in a statement.
South Africa are set to arrive on January 31 for playing two Tests and three ODIs against the home team.
The first Test is scheduled at Nagpur from February 6-10 and the second and last Test will be held at Kolkata's Eden Gardens from February 14-18.
Prior to the Tests, the tourists will take on the Cricket Board President's XI in a two-day match at Nagpur scheduled on February 2 and 3.
The three ODIs, to be held after the conclusion of the Tests, are scheduled to be played at Jaipur (February 21), Kanpur (February 24) and Ahmedabad (February 27).
