Aus 162-4 (27 ovs) and 181 vs Ind 185 and 157 | Scorecard
Australia beat India by six wickets to win the 5th Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Sunday.
They win the series 3-1 to reclaim the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
They will face South Africa in the WTC final to be played at Lord's in July.
Needing 162 for victory, Australia lost an early wicket when Krishna took out Konstas cheaply.
Labuschagne and Smith were dismissed in quick succession before Khawaja and Head steadied the ship.
Siraj then had his 100th Test wicket when he took out Khawaja for 41.
Webster and Head then batted well to take the team home.
India sorely missed the services of the injured Jasprit Bumrah. Bumrah finished the series as the highest wicket taker with 32 scalps.
Earlier, the tourists resumed on 141-6, looking to bolster their lead of 145, but were soon on the backfoot as Australia captain Pat Cummins (3-44) had Ravindra Jadeja caught behind for 13 and took out Washington Sundar's middle stump for 12.
That brought Bumrah to the crease but he did not stay long as Scott Boland first removed Mohammed Siraj and then shattered the wickets of the India skipper in the space of three balls.
Boland, playing for the second straight Test as an injury replacement for Josh Hazlewood, finished with figures of 6-45 for a 10-wicket match haul.
Offie Sundar in the attack now and he comes around the wicket to Head who starts with an easy single to cover.
Webster then takes a single to long on.
Head then cuts the ball to the deep for a single.
Webster then punches the ball through backward point for a four!
A dot later, Webster comes down the track and smashes the ball through long off for a four to bring up the winning runs and Australia win by 6 wickets.
Australia need 11 runs to win now as
Reddy is back in the attack, short and wide and Webster rocks back and slices it past backward point for a four!
Webster then plays five dots as 4 come off it.
