NZ 85-2 (20 ovs) and 259 vs Ind 156 | Scorecard

New Zealand are 85 for 2 at tea on Day 2 of the 2nd Test in Pune.

The visitors have a 188-run lead with Rachin and Latham at the crease.

Sundar and Ashwin took out Conway and Young just before tea.

Earlier, India's star-studded batting line-up could not stand up to the challenge posed by New Zealand spinner Mitchell Santner as the hosts were bundled out for 156 in 45.3 overs, giving the Tom Latham-led side a crucial first-innings lead of 103 runs.

Bumrah continues and after a dot, Rachin plays it through point for a couple.

Rachin then comes on the front foot and creams the ball through covers for a four.

Rachin then plays a dot before he plays a solid defence. And a dot to end the over as 6 runs come off it. That is tea on Day 2,

Rachin Ravindra is the new man in and he starts with dot before a thick top edge falls in no man's land and he gets off the mark with a single.

A dot to end the over as a wicket and a single comes off it.

Ashwin back in the attack and Young is troubled as the ball just misses his outside edge.

Young is then caught in front of the stumps as the ball rush on to him, big shout and the umpire raises the finger.

Review taken and the replay shows no edge on the bat and ball tracking shows impact in line and Young is out for 23 and NZ lose a wicket and a review.

Bumrah is in the attack now and he has Latham fishing and that is a close play and miss. The good length ball swings away late.

Another play and miss and again the ball swings late to beat Latham's edge.

Latham then defends the next ball down for a dot.

Another dot later, Latham plays the ball  to backward point and runs for a single, Jadeja then hits the stumps at the non-strikers' end and ricochets off the stumps and Latham calls Young for a second.

A dot to end the over as 2 come off it.

Jadeja continues and Young starts with a dot before getting a boundary off an edge past slip.

He then gets a single before Latham nicely sweeps the ball through square leg for a four!

A dot and a single to end the over as 10 come off it.
