Aus 191-4 (59 ovs) vs India 180 | Scorecard

Australia are 191 for 4 at lunch on Day 2 after some solid batting from overnight batter Marnus Labuschagne (64) and Travis Head (53 batting).

Australia go into the break with a 11-run lead with Head and Marsh (2 batting) at the crease.

105 runs were scored in the first session while the hosts lost three wickets in the first hour of play as Bumrah took out Nathan McSweeney (39) and then sent back Steve Smith for 2.

Labuschagne then went on to score a fighting fifty as he saw off some tight bowling in the first hour. He helped Australia get the momentum their way with a 50-plus partnership with Head before getting out to a loose shot off Nitish Reddy.

Head then went on to bat in his own style, smashing Ashwin for a couple of sixes before bringing up his half century.

Siraj continues and Marsh starts the over with a single.

Head then cuts the ball through cover point for a four to bring up his half-ton.

A dot later, he plays and misses.

Head then dabs the ball down for a single.

A dot to end the over as he misses while trying to swat the ball and 5 come off the over. That is lunch on Day 2.

Ashwin continues and Marsh blocks the first two balls.

Marsh is then hit on the pad and Ashwin is convinced, he appeals, umpire says not out. India take the review and the third umpire says no conclusive evidence as it seemed there was an inside edge and umpire's decision stays.

Two dots and a single to end the over as just the one comes off it.

Ball tracking showed the ball was going to hit middle stump.

Siraj back in the attack and Head flicks the ball past mid-wicket for a four and Australia are now in the lead. They lead by 3 runs.

Head then plays two dots and he is looking in good touch, scoring quickly.

He then blocks the next ball.

Head then punches the ball to cover where Gill puts in the dive to deny the batter.

Head then cuts the ball to deep point for a couple as 6 come off it.
