10 held for betting on IPL matches

The Anti-Goonda Squad Police arrested ten people on the charges of betting on the Indian Premier League cricket matches played in Delhi and Kolkata on Thursday evening.

Police said, following a tip-off, the AGS raided a shop at Govindarajulu Fish Market and made the arrests.

They seized Rs 69,756 in cash, nine mobile phones and a TV from them. A case has been registered.
