South Africa 'A' thrash Windies

South Africa 'A' thrashed the West Indies by 10 wickets on Friday in the visitors' final warm-up for the first Test.

The West Indies were bowled out for 214 in their second innings and South Africa A reached their victory target of 37 with five overs to spare on the third day of the four-day match.

Earlier, Justin Ontong scored an undefeated 114 as the home team totalled 371 in their first innings.

Dwayne Bravo took six for 51.

The first Test in Port Elizabeth starts on Wednesday.
