India elect to field in 1st England ODI

India won the toss and elected to field in the first One-Day International against England at Southampton on Tuesday.

The sky is overcast and rain is likely intervene during the day-night match.

India have left out off-spinner Ramesh Powar, preferring young leg-spinner Piyush Chawla instead.
