The legendary Imran Khan congratulated Sachin Tendulkar for his world record feat of 35 Test centuries when the two greats came across in a PIA flight enroute to Pakistan.
Imran, who was on the same delayed flight which the Indian team boarded on Thursday evening, took time off to speak with Tendulkar and congratulated him for his new record and wished him well for the future, Pakistan newspaper The News reported on Saturday.
The fast bowling icon, who was busy talking to Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Shaharyar Khan, also spent some time with Indian wicketkeeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
The former Pakistan skipper will be giving his expert comments on the forthcoming Pakistan-India series for a Dubai-based television channel.
India will play three Tests and five one-dayers in Pakistan during their 46-day tour.
