India faltering after taking lead in a Test series

 India lost the Durban Test by 174 runs. This provided the seventh instance since 2000 when India lost the next Test after gaining a 1-0 lead in the series.

In the following two cases India won the FIRST Test of the series just to lose the SECOND Test:
