Collingwood's grand double

Paul Collingwood, by scoring an unbeaten 112 and returning the figures of 6-31 against Bangladesh at Trent Bridge, became the first player in one-day international history to score a hundred and take six wickets in the same match.

West Indian Viv Richards held the record of best all-round performance in a match for more than 18 years before Collingwood came up with his grand double. Seven other players have managed to score a hundred besides taking four wickets in a match. Here-under is the complete list:

Collingwood just missed the chance to record the fastest hundred for England, but his figures of 6 for 31 were good enough to remove Mark Ealham from the top of the best bowling performances list (see below) for England.
