Percept D'mark, the event and celebrity management company that dragged Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly to the Bombay high court for alleged breach of contract, today withdrew the suit following a settlement with him.

"Whatever information we needed has been given to us and we are satisfied. Hence the decision to withdraw the suit," he said.
Ganguly had entered into a three-year agreement with Percept D'mark, which expired on September 22. Meanwhile, he reportedly signed up with another player management agency.
Percept, therefore, dragged him to court for alleged breach of contract. According to the terms of Ganguly's contract with the company, the first right of refusal at the time of renewal and the right to match any offer made to Ganguly vested with Percept.
