Zenith Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a meeting of the board of directors is scheduled on January 17, 2003 to consider part/full write off of accumulated losses of the company against reduction of share capital, reduction of share premium account, reduction of investment allowance reserve and reduction of revaluation reserve account and to consider any approval of the members, high court or tribunal or such other authorities as may be required.
