B Chandramouli and P Kumar were on Monday appointed the chief operating officer and head of business services, respectively, at YES Bank Ltd.
Prior to these appointments, both were working with HDFC Bank, a release said. As COO, Chandramouli would oversee the development and delivery of high quality, cost-efficient systems and processes both for product development (retail, trade finance and payments management) and efficiently managing branch operations.
Kumar will institute and manage the critical back office operations and business processes for the bank.
