Zubin Dubash, currently working as executive director with Indian Hotels Company Ltd, will join WNS Global Services, a business process outsourcing company, as its group chief financial officer.
Dubash would be responsible for financial and risk management, corporate development and strategic planning functions, WNS said in a release on Monday.
He is expected to take charge of new assignment at WNS in early September.
WNS chief executive Neeraj Bhargava said Dubash is a seasoned professional with tremendous breadth and depth of experience and would be a key member of leadership team.
Dubash, looking after strategic planning and finance function, had been with Taj Hotels for the past six years.
