The company said that it had taken over 100 per cent stake in the profit-making Daan Consulting, USA and Netsol Technologies of Thailand.
The $1.5 million Daan Consulting provides expert IT consultants and services to meet critical project deadlines, implementing an ERP solution, or applying complex technologies to deliver high valued business services.
Netsol is a fast growing information technology consulting and services company and has made a turnover of $3,00,000 for the last nine months, the release said.
