The market has remained volatile, has come off its intra-day low and has finally ended the day in positive territory. Consumer Durables, IT, Healthcare, Auto, Metals, Oil Banks, Capital Goods and PSU's have ended positive in varying degrees while the FMCG sector has ended in negative territory. Volume registered a noticeable increase (read as turnover) while the undertone seemed bullish.

Trading Range - The Sensex opened at 13625.09, moved up to an intra-day high of 13740.39, declined to an intra-day low of 13625.09 and closed at 13706.53.
Review/Outlook - The Sensex has reflected a significant amount of strength by appreciating virtually from open to close by coming off from its intra-day low to finally end in positive territory on distinctly higher volume. A range bound movement seems to be on the cards while an intra-day upside cannot be ruled out especially above the 13741 level while intra-day support comes in at the 13652 level.
