Stock picks of the day

The market has continued its upmove to once again post another recent new high to end smartly in positive territory. Banks, Pharma, Capital Goods, Consumer Durables, FMCG, IT and PSU's have all ended positive in varying degrees while no sector has ended in negative territory. Volume registered an increase (read as turnover) while the undertone seemed bullish. 

Sensex (Daily)

Last Close - 8595.92 | Support - 8520, 8446 | Resistance - 8648, 8726

Trading Range - The Sensex opened at 8511.10, moved up to an intra-day high of 8606.95, declined to an intra-day low of 8503.00 and closed at 8595.92.

Review/Outlook - The Sensex has once again moved up and has not only closed in positive territory but has also posted a fresh 25 trading session high. A further upside seems to be on the cards while it is in proximity of its all time high levels indicating the need to be a wee bit cautious at higher levels.     

Ador Welding. (Daily)

Last Close - 347.60 | Support - 309, 280 | Resistance - 350, 375

Trading Range - The scrip opened at 339.00, moved up to an intra-day high of 347.60, declined to an intra-day low of 337.00 and closed at 347.60.

Review/Outlook - The scrip has reflected strength by appreciating with an upward gap and with the indicators looking positive, a further upside seems to be on the cards.

Last Close - 080.75 | Support - 077, 070 | Resistance - 084, 099

Trading Range - The scrip opened at 078.00, moved up to an intra-day high of 080.75, declined to an intra-day low of 075.15 and closed at 080.75.

Review/Outlook - The scrip has reflected strength by recovering from its intra-day low and with the indicators looking positive, a further upside seems to be on the cards. 

SRF (Daily)

Last Close - 280.00 | Support - 257, 227 | Resistance - 288, 313

Trading Range - The scrip opened at 263.85, moved up to an intra-day high of 281.25, declined to an intra-day low of 263.85 and closed at 280.00.

Review/Outlook - The scrip has reflected strength by recovering from its intra-day low and with the indicators looking positive, a further upside seems to be on the cards.
