Prime accused Raju has been avoiding court proceedings since September citing health reasons.
Earlier, Dr Ajit Kumar, gastroenterologist, treating B Ramalinga Raju at Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences had appeared before the court and explained about Raju's condition.
He had informed the court that Raju would be administered an injection for Hepatitis-C on July 5 and would be examined afterwards.
The Central Bureau of Investigation on Thursday requested the court to summon Dr Kumar to explain about Raju's health condition as it wanted to begin trail through video conference with the hospital.
