The Tatas on Monday announced divesting their entire holding in coffee joint venture Barista Coffee.
Tata Coffee Ltd will sell its entire 34.31 per cent equity in the coffee joint firm to Sterling Infotech Group, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. It did not mention the consideration of the deal.
The Tata group firm has entered into an agreement with Sterling Group to sell 56,58,898 equity shares or 34.31 per cent holding to its erstwhile joint venture partner.
