The award has been given in recognition of the services rendered by the hotel and 25 per cent growth in forex earnings over the previous year, Rajiv Narain, general manager of the hotel said on Friday.
Besides, the hotel has the highest foreign exchange earnings per room and highest percentage increase in foreign tourist arrival, Narain said, adding that facilities for physically challenged guests and eco-friendly practices followed by the hotel were also taken into consideration.
