Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on February 25, 2003 to elect four Directors from amongst shareholders of the Bank other than the Central Government in respect of whom valid nominations have bee received.
An EGM will be convened on February 25, 2002 for the approval of the Bonus issue.
