Sun Granite Exports Ltd said it will seek holders' approval to increase authorised share capital from Rs 10 crore to Rs 11 crore and allot 17,48,600 shares of Rs 10 each totaling Rs 17.486 million to IFCI Ltd for partly converting term loan into equity shares of the company.
