Standard Cables Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on January 11, 2003 have decided, subject to the approval of shareholders through postal ballot, to sell all movable and immovable assets of the company in order to discharge the liabilities of the company.
The surplus amount, if any, after discharging full liabilities and other expenses out of sale proceeds of the assets will be used for administrative expenses of the company and to carry on any business as per the object clauses of the company.
