SpiceJet to get $20 mn from FIIs

SpiceJet will get $20 million from MacRitchie Investments, Singapore (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings) and Istithmar, a UAE-based private equity firm.

This was announced in a release issued by SpiceJet to the Bombay Stock Exchange on Thursday. The placements will be made in accordance with Sebi guidelines, the release added.

"The company has also received positive response to its proposed foreign currency convertible bond issue," the release said.
