Solvay Pharma India Ltd entered into an agreement with Chemech Laboratories Ltd for acquiring eight pharmaceutical brands for Rs 60 million. The company also entered into a pact with Laboratories Besins International, France and Instituto Massone SA, Argentina to promote their products in India.
