Singapore Telecommunications has stepped up its stake in Bharti Televentures to 30.84 per cent from the current 28.16 per cent.
This has resulted after SingTel raised its stake in unlisted Bharti Telecom, which is the promoter of the listed Bharti Televenutres, to 32.81 per cent from 26.96 per cent with corresponding dilution of effective interest of Bharti Enterprise and its subsidiaries.
Bharti Enterprises has a controlling stake of 45.9 per cent in Bharti Televentures through Bharti Telecom, the company said on Friday.
