Reliance Cap picks up 7.5% in BPO co

Anil Ambani controlled Reliance Capital has acquired 7.5 per cent stake in BPO firm Mold-tek Technologies Ltd, the company said on Saturday.

Reliance Capital has picked up this share by purchasing 6.63 lakh shares of Mold-tek Technologies at Rs 45 per share in the open market, a company statement from Mold-Tek said.

Hyderabad based Mold-tek registered a massive increase of 573 per cent in its net profits for the second quarter of the fiscal at Rs 1.01 crore against Rs 15 lakh for the same period last year.

The company has also started Legal Data Support Services for US law firms by establishing a 90 member BPO team. It is also targeting to expand its operations in healthcare BPO services, it said.
