The total income has increased 160 per cent to Rs 181.28 crore (Rs 1.81 billion) for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 from Rs 69.71 crore (Rs 697.1 million) in the same period last fiscal, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The group has posted a consolidated net profit (including associates) of Rs 162.75 crore (Rs 1.62 billion).
The total income of the group is Rs 246.17 crore (Rs 2.46 billion) for the second quarter of current fiscal.
