The board of directors will meet on July 19, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results (provisional) of the company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2005 and to approve payment of quarterly dividend, if any, REL informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company has also informed that July 29, 2005 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement, if any, for payment of quarterly dividend for the quarter.
