Reliance Industries Ltd has informed BSE that CRISIL has on January 14, 2003 assigned a AAA rating to Rs 10,000 million Non Convertible Debenture (NCD) programme of the Company. These NCDs have a maturity of 10 years. This rating indicates the highest safety with regard to timely payment of interest and principal on the instrument.
