HCL Infosystems has reported a 33.81 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 61.73 crore (Rs 617.3 million) the year ended June 30, 2003 when compared with Rs 46.13 crore (Rs 461.3 million) in FY02.
Total income has moved up 31 per cent to Rs 1,666.04 crore (Rs 16.66 billion) from Rs 1,270.03 crore (Rs 12.7 billion) in the last fiscal, according to a release issued to the Bombay Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
The company has posted a 167 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 23.47 crore (Rs 234.7 million) in Q4FY03 when compared with Rs 8.79 crore (Rs 87.9 million) in Q4FY02. Total income decreased from Rs 403.11 crore (Rs 4.03 billion) in JQ-02 to Rs 311.76 crore (Rs 3.12 billion) in the quarter ended June 30, 2003, the release added.
