Dr Reddy's Laboratories on Saturday reported a 93.79 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 90.91 crore (Rs 909.1 million) for the second quarter ended September 30, 2005 as against Rs 46.91 crore (Rs 469.1 milion) in the quarter ended September 30, 2004.
According to a release issued by Dr Reddy's Laboratories to the Bombay Stock Exchange, total income increased 8.65 per cent to Rs 584.68 crore (Rs 5.84 billion) in Q2 FY06 from Rs 538.13 crore (Rs 5.38 billion) in Q2 FY05.
