The Reserve Bank of India will maintain a soft interest rate bias, the central banks Governor said on Friday.Whatever monetary stance was announced in October will continue, said Governor Bimal Jalan in response to a question.He was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of an infrastructure seminar.
