Radico Khaitan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board for Industrial and Financial Restructuring has sanctioned a scheme of rehabilitation of Abhishek Cements Ltd. The scheme envisages a reverse merger of the company with Abhishek Cements Ltd and a one-time settlement scheme for the payment of liabilities of the banks and financial institutions by ACL.
