Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg revealed that he wears the same T-shirt everyday to avoid wasting time. He said it may sound silly but that is the only reason behind his choice of clothes.

"I really want make as few decisions as possible about anything except how to best serve this community," Zuckerberg said, at Facebook's first town hall meeting in California.

According to Zuckerberg, deciding what clothes to wear and what to eat for breakfast are time consuming and tiring and he prefers not to waste time on these small things.

"I'm in this really lucky position, where I get to wake up every day and help serve more than a billion people. And I feel like I am not doing my job if I spend any of my energy on things that are silly or frivolous about my life," he said.

He said there are theories that explain that even making such small decisions can make you tired.

“I want to dedicate my energy to build the best products and services and give all the people in the world an opportunity to connect with people they love and care about," he explained.

Zuckerberg also cited examples of Apple founder Steve Jobs and President Barack Obama, who also have the same views on selecting what to wear.

While Zuckerberg sticks to grey for every occasion, Steve Jobs preferred black turtlenecks and blue jeans. Jobs even wanted a uniform for his employees but his idea was turned down.
