EcoSport S enhances comfort and convenience with a Winter Pack, featuring a heated windscreen, mirrors and front seats.
Making its debut at Geneva, the EcoSport S delivers an insight into the upgrades and equipment that will be available to order towards the end of this year.
The new model will stand out on the road with a distinctive Deep Impact Blue exterior – a colour not available elsewhere in the EcoSport range – that is complemented by black roof, mirror caps and the unique 17-inch alloy wheels.
Additional exterior upgrades also will include a sporty rear diffuser element and privacy glass.
EcoSport models across the range will be available later this year with or without the distinctive rear swing-gate mounted spare wheel, which to date has been standard equipment.
The rear swing-gate also has been revised to allow for easier partial opening where space is limited, and now features an EcoSport badge.
The chassis has been enhanced with revised spring and damper rates, a ten mm reduction in ride height and optimised Electronic Stability Control and power steering systems.
Noise, vibration and harshness levels also have been reduced thanks to thicker sound deadening materials in the doors and dashboard as well as tighter seals around the pedals.
The interior benefits from subtle, stylish upgrades, including a restyled instrument cluster with chrome surround and a light dimming function, and chrome tips on the window switches.
