ICPA is a non-executive pilot body of erstwhile Indian Airlines pilots.
"We are not being paid on time for the past 3-4 months despite giving an all-time performance. The ICPA wants professional management to run the airline," ICPA vice president Abu Ansari told reporters in Mumbai.
"In the last 4-5 months, management has held some 30-odd meetings with us on the turn-around plans, but nothing has come out of it," Ansari said.
On the proposed strike on November 24 by ICPA pilots, Ansari said that as of now the strike call was very much on.
However, "we have a meeting with chief labour commissioner in Delhi on November 20 and much would depend on its outcome," he added.
