Pearl Organics okays share allotment

Pearl Organics Ltd approved allotment of 37,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Wander Pvt Ltd on preferential allotment basis. The allotment is made for acquisition of the Setcal brand from Wander Pvt Ltd for Rs 37 million.
